I’ve always been curious about the ‘whys’ of life.

“The important thing is not to stop questioning: curiosity has its own reason for existing.” Einstein

Through questioning I’ve discovered that, simply put emotions drive us and that once we competently manage what we’re thinking we are capable of creating absolutely anything we desire.

However, like with anything that seems too good to be true, there are a couple of caveats.

The questions we ask must be powerful and strategic to serve us, taking us in the direction we want to go and we must return to our innate intuition and re-learn trusting our gut.

When learning to fly a plane or ride a motorbike, you go to an expert for mastery. When learning to manage your emotions you should do exactly the same.

Then why don’t you?

I coach aspiring and established creatives whose emotions debilitate them and prevent them from creating their dreams. I show them a different way of being.

My work strengthens the identity of who the creative is and builds a structure around what the creative does.

You have 50 thoughts a minute, around 60,000 a day and 90% of the thoughts you have on a daily basis are reoccurring.

I’ve worked with musicians, vocalists, dancers, actors, creative directors, film producers, training institutions and those wishing to pursue a creative career (whatever that means to them).

Like me, their desire to innovate and serve is a double-edged sword based on curiosity and questions that never get answered. Without management, it’s like a monkey in a busy restaurant kitchen: absolute chaos!

The one thing they all have in common is the daily ‘emotional suicide’ that paralyses their ability to live due to reoccurring unresolved thoughts, low self-worth and feelings of no hope. Coupled with the unpredictable emotions of others when they venture outside of their head, it’s no wonder there’s mental disharmony.

As an award-winning local radio presenter, I fully understand the challenges associated with developing and progressing within the creative industry.

My relentless questioning has guided me towards the wonders and learnings of neuroscience and the belief that the brain is always capable of change.

Emotional Intelligence (understanding our emotions and those of others), Somatics (the body experienced within), Transformational and Master coach trainings ensure that my work is current, professional, results-orientated, strategic, ethical and person-centred.

Not only that, a deep understanding of yoga, meditation and mindfulness as a Senior Yoga Teacher inform my sessions plus years of holistic and physical trainings from massage to dance ensure that my coaching is rarely passive.

Together, we focus on your core challenges and address the causes before considering where you want to go. If your car sat nav is faulty, it doesn’t matter where you ask it to take you.

My mission through my coaching, is to build a community of emotionally intelligent creatives who understand the power of investing in their emotional health.

A community where creatives can collectively support one another and draw power from the knowledge that life can be as simple as learning to manage their emotions.
